Ui Evaluation #30

@HuxburyQuinn

Description

@HuxburyQuinn

So I am trying to build simple Web scrapping app.

Over the past week I have evaluated several AI for coding.

https://mgx.dev/ (with Agents)

studio.firebase.google.com

and

https://chat.qwen.ai/

QWEN Seems to be great at generating UI response to build additional functionality and build is quite fast - 5 Stars
However, the ability to synchronise the app functionality to the app UI is a complete failure.

After prompting for several hours building out the entire app functionality. the preview failed.
So I ask QWEN to produce ai prompt from my prompt history to rebuild each module one step at a time so that I could track the ui build elements. In a new WEBDEV chat The UI build failed also.

I start with a new WED DEV project with simple prompt with description of the exact ui and functionality.
It failed to grasp basic ui concepts.
With each iteration of adding new functionality to the app ui the preview build fails to render the ui elements.
More than 90% of each code update the ui Changes completely with missing elements or the preview is blank.

message me and I can share with the developers all 3 projects as a usage test case .

By far the best result for UI integration is "studio.firebase.google.com" , however, the project is restricted to it code base. and can't work out side of this.

QWEN is missing the following:
• Ability to revert project back to previous snapshot build version
• Lacks the ability to add simple elements to the ui while maintaining existing functionality with out breaking the app preview.
• There is no preview build error reporting back to the prompt to fix recognised code issues in rendering the preview failure.

I look forward to evaluating your platform in future revisions.
