2. Delete the test folder.
In the terminal Install Virutal Environment.

3. So, run pip install virutalenv
4. run virtualenv test
5. run test/Scripts/activate
It will put you in an virutal environment.
6. run pip install django
7. run python manage.py runserver

Navigate to the http://127.0.0.1:8000/
