Time to delete stale branches... again

The problem

It's that time of the year when we delete stale branches. There are a couple of branches which are 3 and 2 year old, by @coke.

Suggestions

Warn the author to save them somewhere in case they're needed, delete them in a week.

Not really stale, those ones... I think some of them are actually linked to active PRs. I only consider them stale if they are more than one year old.

Ah ok. Though I think they are not linked to a PR and they have been inactive for a while...

coke/build can be deleted, since it's based on cleaning up some things in htmlify.

coke/bughunt can be deleted, was to try to track down a weird error in htmlify

Please leave coke/cro - beginnings of an attempt to run the site under cro. I need to do a rebase against master.

better-fail-example can be deleted, it is just too old.

Back again to deleting branches. Already deleted the ones suggested by @coke. There are still a few which are two year old.
