docs for methods mm-dd-yyyy and dd-mm-yyyy both inappropriately mention ISO8601

Same is true of the doc for Dateish.dd-mm-yyyy.

These two mentions are misleading because only .yyyy-mm-dd conforms to ISO8601, so the link should only appear in the doc for .yyyy-mm-dd, not the other two.
