Documentation for Makefile is outdated

The examples for the `make test test_args=...` are really old (the test names `distributions:normal_mean_variance` and `models:lgssm`  or alternatively paths `test/distributions/normal_mean_variance/` and `test/models/lgssm` do not exist (anymore).
