issue with Client: 3.0.3-9

im seeing these errors on some of my RHEL7 servers :

ive tried updating to 3.0.6-2 but its the same on the affected servers. funny thing it works on some and when i do insights-client --version on the ones that work i get this ->

insights-client --version
Client: 3.0.3-9
Core: 3.0.121-1

and on those that dont work, i get ->

insights-client --version
Client: 3.0.3-9
Core: 3.0.4-3

but its the same rpm, i remove it, cleanup all insights files, reinstall and its still the same "old" core version and the same error.

on the other hand when i do update to 3.0.6 i do get the core .121 version but the error doesnt go away so maybe its unrelated......

any ideas ?
