bundle streamline-streams

I don't want to have it as a separate dependency any more. `streamline-streams` is a legacy API and I will do minimal maintenance. `ez-streams` will have its own implementation of the node stream wrappers. This way, I can tweak/enhance it without any impact on the legacy API
