First of all i want to say congrats for this very nice project.
As for features, please find below my suggestions:

• user follow system;

• company profile with more features like add professional services not only products, different profile page...

• sell digital products like photos;

• custom categories with custom contact form fields like for example, Job categories should have in the listing/ ad page "send your CV" and "apply external" buttons.

• geo-location, redirect users to specific country subdomain, example: for uk users redirect them to uk.website.com
  ....
