Describe the bug / error

What do we tell our clients when this error appears? It makes us look bad when we can't explain why SharePoint isn't working when it's no fault of our own. They can't log out and back in because this is the only thing on the page. I'm guessing it's an authentication issue because going to the same site in another browser works.

This issue seems related to browser/session-specific behavior — possibly due to cached data or cookies — since it works in other browsers or incognito mode. I also checked 4–5 other SharePoint sites but wasn’t able to reproduce the issue.
Could you please confirm if there’s anything specific within this site that might be contributing to it?

My users have this issue too

Our SharePoint environment has no customisations, but most of our data is stored on a single site (19TB). So far it's affected 3/90 users - and resolves itself the next day

We are also getting this error in our GCC environment with error:

We’re experiencing the same issue at our company. Users started reporting it about a week ago. It appears to be random, affecting different users at different times, and not everyone is impacted.

It’s also not limited to a single SharePoint site; we've seen it across multiple sites. In most cases, the issue resolves itself after a few minutes (depends) without any intervention, no need to clear cookies or make changes.

Almost same issue with my company with a little difference, its stated by a user like "The error appears when the device is just turned on and takes a couple of minutes to solve itself, after some time while working it disconnect some people out of nowhere", I opened a ticket with MS team to know if this is an ongoing issue but have not received response so far

We are experiencing similar issues. Has anyone also experienced sync issues with SharePoint? I have a few of those intermittent issues right now as well. Wondering if it's related.

Our user faced similar issues.
It appeared randomly and affects our users' normal access to Sharepoint sites, if Microsoft's MFA authentication and login to Sharepoint sites have problems or bugs recently, please fix them as soon as possible to ensure the compatibility between their own products is the minimum service.

We are also experiencing the same issue for the past week and a half. It affects multiple users every morning and then seems to resolve itself withing 4-5 hours but its random per user. I also assume its something to do with authentication and cache. It would be great to have this resolved as someone else mentioned users don't understand this is nothing we can solve and affects their daily tasks
