[BUG] TTS throws error when a voice is set as disabled

Describe the problem

Currently, the TTS plugin allows selecting one voice per card. However, when I set a card’s voice option to “disabled”, I get repeated error messages stating:

{{char}} not in voicemap. Configure character in extension settings voicemap

From my understanding, the “disabled” option is intended to indicate that the specific character should not have a voice and therefore should not use the TTS plugin at all. In that case, this error should not appear.

For reference, I am using NovelAI as the TTS provider. I have not tested this behavior with other providers.
