10.2 Sitecore version is absent in the /docker-images/build/windows/ folder#1042

Hi,
There are no 10.2 Sitecore version in the /docker-images/build/windows/ folder.
As a result .\Build.ps1 is not working with the 10.2.0 version in parameters.
Please fix.
