Usb Ethernet Adapter Support

PrawnOS supports all of the most common libre USB-ETH devices, eg: RTL815X, SMSC75XX, SMSC95XX A full list can be found from the kernel config modification in this commit: https://github.com/SolidHal/PrawnOS/commit/8ebf65940c4c70978082a101eab38cd47aa21b36 If you try one and it doesn't work, open an issue. If it has libre firmware, I can probably add support for it.
