Change log level for "explicit deny" to debug

All other requests logs are under the debug log level. It is unexpected why this should be logged as info.

I'm pretty sure this was something I decided arbitrarily when I wrote the original code back in January so I could instantly see Anubis working in production. I can reduce the log level, but I'm worried that people are relying on these for fail2ban pipelines. I'll try lowering the log level and see what that breaks.
