VDOT as win32 Intune app?

Has anyone figured out how to build an Intune app from it? Unfortunately it doesn't work like my other powershell scripts as a win32 app.
Tried using these parameters but it doesn't get executed poperly.
powershell.exe -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\Windows_VDOT.ps1 -Optimizations All -AdvancedOptimizations All -Verbose -AcceptEULA -Restart
