Summary

refactor build to remove Microsoft.Data.Sqlite, System.Text.Json and logging libs
provide UnityEngine stubs for JsonUtility and Debug
switch JSON handling to JsonUtility
swap Sqlite provider for Mono.Data.Sqlite
adjust tests and program logging

Testing

dotnet test tests/UltraWorldAI.Tests/UltraWorldAI.Tests.csproj (fails: dotnet command not found)
