Experimental change to absorb the builder into the batcher. At the moment, the batcher has a function
sealthat takes aB: Builder, which means that it has to accept all batchers that are compatible. In some situations, however, we'd like to retain more control over which batchers we can accept. This change enables such behavior.Note to self: Add more details!
