Optimized GetBooksCompletedInYearAsync in StatsService to perform counting directly in the database using CountAsync instead of fetching all completed books and filtering in memory. Added a new test case to StatsServicePerformanceTests to verify correctness.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 11510448723061750804 started by @Tr1sma

Replaces in-memory filtering of all completed books with a direct database Count query.
- Reduces memory usage by not loading entities.
- Reduces network transfer.
- Improves performance for large libraries.
