Regression: email toggles #26398
Description
Issue Summary
Although the entire card ("Cathy's awesome newsletter", description, and toggle box) shows a pointer cursor, only the actual slider/toggle can be clicked to make the slider slide.
Update: Similar problem here:
The whole card hovers, but clicking it does not navigate to edit/manage.
Steps to Reproduce
Open portal and try managing email subscriptions by clicking anywhere except the toggle.
