• Check that most outpatient care is provided within a single OPD
• Should EPI in 2015-19 go through health system and make within batches.

After discussion with @joehcollins and @tbhallett,

• Calibration of ANC modules is deemed to be acceptable for version 1.0 in its current form;
• Still missing for version 1.0 is the removal of tclose-dependent logic from ANC modules, in order to make these consistent with mode 2 (see PR draft Decouple ANC logic from tclose #1027, in progress);
