This PR updates the CharacterControllerNoRigidbody example to use relay along with some additional minor updates.

@NoelStephensUnity as per THIS COMMIT I added this project to be able to use Build Automation (so I can query the builds for the Playtest instead of doing this manually)

One thing to remember is that right before you will merge the PR you could modify the branch: to be develop-2.0.0 and remove the TODO comment. Otherwise I will do it at some other time so nothing bad if we will forget
