Convert magnetic sensor data into a heading in ROS #3

This should create a ROS object of sensor_msg/MagneticField (https://github.com/ros/common_msgs/blob/jade-devel/sensor_msgs/msg/MagneticField.msg)

This should also give a compass direction of 0 to 360 degrees.
