scrollable-tabset breaks behaviour of nested pop ups

When nested in a <scollable-tabset> tag, other pop ups like uib-popover and uib-datepicker-popup extend their parent container and thus break layout. This caused by overflow: auto in angular-ui-tab-scroll.css, line 98. Removing this fixes the issue in my case.
