…ng-1.6.0 Integrated the pipelined upload architecture with exponential backoff retry logic: - Kept the 3-stage pipeline (producer, signer, uploader) for parallel processing - Added exponential backoff to both signer and uploader stages using retry_notify - Replaced manual retry loops with robust backoff from the backoff crate
Integrated v2-stats features with existing offline state management: - Added upload_filters to AppState for date range filtering - Renamed LoadUploadStats to LoadUploadStatistics - Added LoadUploadList handler with date filtering support - Updated offline mode checks to use app_state.offline.mode - Kept the sophisticated OfflineState struct with backoff retry logic Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <[email protected]>

I had two of these caught in draft, it makes more sense to test them all at once before doing a 1.6.0 release.
Just merges in #207 and #216 to current main. Will try to test this one sort of extensively and then cut a release at some point
