Don't log an edit when the translation hasn't actually been edited

Right now in the translations editor when unfocusing the edit field, the edit gets saved regardless of whether the new value is actually different from the existing one. This is kind of wasteful.

If nothing got changed, Reykunyu should just ignore the update.
