Dual (paid) licensing for commercial use?

The MSDWILD license agreement available in this repo clearly states the following:

The database is solely made available for research use; data cannot be used for any commercial purpose.

I'd like to know whether you (the creators of the dataset) might consider a dual licensing approach allowing commercial use (e.g. free for research, paid for commercial use). I'd be interested in such a license.

Thanks for this great dataset anyway!
