Pimcore10 compatibility

Hello!

This PR has the following additions:

• Updated query to use doctrine QueryBuilder instead of removed Pimcore Compatibility class.
• Changed required pimcore to version ^10.6
• Updated getDataFromEditmode to check for key before making a new object. This is to prevent multiple creations of the same bridge object.
