yubico-piv-tool -a status does not list slots

According to https://developers.yubico.com/yubico-piv-tool/Actions/status.html, the status command should list all slots and some metadata about them. It however doesn't do it.

But listing it with ykman does see it:

If I dump a self signed certificate into the slots too, then they show up. Seems like a nice thing to fix.

A counter example where things don't work out. If I drop a X25519 key into a slot, I cannot create a self-signed certificate, since that key type cannot sign. As such, I cannot make the slot appear on yubico-piv-tool -a status, even though it is initialized and it can be seen by Yubico Authenticator and ykman piv keys info.

Currently, only slots that contain certificates are listed when executing the status command for legacy reasons. Now we've opened an internal ticket to look over this behavior and see if it should change
