if you have mipi raw image, unpack it by mipi_unpacked.c
after unpack mipi raw image, you can use unpacked_RAW_Cal.py to cal center ROI
or use Select_ROI_and_save.py to to cal GRBG value and save image. 
remember to change the specific resolution which you want to use
