Duplicated code fragment in fast/hints.md

In the Performance hints article, code fragment seems to be duplicated, the same fragment can be found in the inline with care section and in the reduce template instantiations.

Duplicated fragment can be found from line 3835 to 3848 for the first iteration and from 4044 to 4056 for the second one in the source file fast/hints.md.

From my understanding and referring myself to the paragraph titles it seems that the first instance is the correct one and that the second is misplaced.

I did not opened a PR because code indicate clearly that the file is auto generated and that its code shall be modified, if it is safe to do so I will open one removing the misplaced instance.
