Re-designed the Navbar and Toggler to resemble the original Accord Project website, enhancing the professionalism and UI/UX.

Changes

• Redesigned the Navbar with icons and hover effects.
• Implemented a professional and responsive design.
• Updated the toggle button for dark mode to look more polished.
