Description
Pin patched dependencies in the runtime and build graphs and rebuild the distributable action entry points from the updated lockfile.
Motivation and Context
Found while hardening CI for Latent Service Fabric (LSF). Published dependency advisories remain present in the existing lockfile; the resulting complete dependency graph has zero OSV findings across 650 distinct package versions. This includes development dependencies. No advisory suppressions or test skips were added.
How Has This Been Tested?
Linux, Node 24.19.0: locked installation, upstream build, and the available upstream test suite. Test Suites: 1 passed, 1 total; Tests: 21 passed, 21 total; Snapshots: 0 total
Existing upstream licenses and source history are retained. Generated bundles are included; static runtime assets are preserved.
