[Bug]: The custom report editor is retaining unsaved settings between viewing custom reports

What happened?

If you make edits to a custom report, but don't save them, then view a different custom report, those unsaved edits are retained and the report is shown incorrectly.

How can we reproduce the issue?

1. Make custom report and name it "test" (using the default bar graph works well)
2. Go to the reports dashboard
3. Open the new "test" custom report
4. Change the graph type to a donut graph
5. Navigate back the report page
6. Open the "test" report again and see that it is shown as the donut graph even though that change wasnt saved

These unsaved changes also persist if looking at different custom reports
