I noticed the library was failing lately, and it looks like the the Build CI Github Action doesn't match the other libraries. Not sure all of the differences, but I can tell because this one is using Python 3.6 as opposed to Python 3.7. Looks like the workflow is different, is that intentional?

I'm don't know anything about .YML files and it's probably best left to someone who should be touching those files, but I'm happy to submit a PR with guidance to fix this.
