This adds all the needed protobuf changes for the different base drivers that I spotted.
TODO- add 1.5inch eink SSD1681
Lastly a commit to differentiate between panels using the same driver type enum, based on component name, to then use the correct individual thinkink panel class for panel specific initialisation.
