This PR adds support for the Maker Go ESP32C3 Supermini, a very cost effective and prolific, if basic, esp32c3 dev board. It closely resembles several other boards, but UART configuration was an issue getting extant Circuit Python variants to work on it. This PR is tested working on real hardware.
