Please document the board specific keys here too. Having a central place will make them easy to find and use for other boards that need it.

Assuming adafruit/circuitpython-org#1479 is appropriate and approved, this adds a note to the list of documented CircuitPython settings.toml keys indicating that there may be additional board specific keys and that information may be found on circuitpython.org/downloads.
