Implements code review fix: Insufficient Rate Limiting Context - Added email-based rate limiting to prevent bypass via proxies/VPNs - Enhanced ContactRateLimiter to support triple-layer protection (global, IP, email) - Implemented email normalization for consistent rate limiting (Gmail dot/plus handling) - Extended RateLimiter and RateLimitError types to support email limitType - Added comprehensive unit tests for email validation and normalization - Updated contact API to extract email for additional rate limiting layer - Configured with sensible defaults (3 requests per hour per email) - Key files: ContactRateLimiter.ts, RateLimiter.ts, contact.ts This makes rate limiting bypass significantly harder by adding email-based tracking alongside existing IP-based protection. Addresses: Security Review item #5 - Insufficient Rate Limiting Context
