Standardize parameters

Just a note here to check and make sure that the same parameters name are used to mean the same thing everywhere

(Eg: Driver or Target should be used, not both)
Since this is a potential breakchange, I want to make sure it is done for V4 launch.

I always felt weird inside about Get-SeElement -By XX -Selection.
I changed -Selection for -Value
(I think it feel more natural)

Also, the new Get-SeSelectValue that replace the old Get-SeSelectionOption will also have -Value as value parameter name or "selection"
