Description
(found in 2.3rc2) Whoops. The invocation_defaults section is supposed to be optional, but running against a config file that doesn't have it produces:
2017-12-08 12:07:39 12033 CRITICAL main - Value not found for key: invocation_defaults in: <user-sync-config.yml>
That shouldn't happen!
