Since we're adding extra keys could we include more keys like for example Amphitheory which adds 6 extra keys including the @ key? |

I noticed that this change also reverts the number key back to the default behaviour like in the English stenotype system (e.g. Regarding adding more keys: this is out of scope for the plugin. In all honesty, I think adding keys that Lapwing doesn't utilize might be more confusing for learners. But I'm willing to merge this PR and add documentation to the site. |

I couldn't get the number variables to work with escaped_customized.py said the @ key was invalid steno.
