Add a version of the app and extension based on Kit 106

Cesium recently [released version v0.25.0](https://github.com/CesiumGS/cesium-omniverse/releases/tag/v0.25.0) of their extension that supports Kit 106.5 so a `kit106.5` branch should be created to update the AeroSim example Kit app and `aerosim-omniverse-extension` to work with this updated version.
