Failsafe Video entry in grub menu for agama installer

Hello team,

This is an action item from Leap 16.0 release retrospective https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:16.0/Retrospective#Installer_2

I'd like to request a Failsafe Video entry in boot loader of agama install image (I suppose just pass nomodeset)

As of now we have RN entry, but a grub entry would be super convenient.

I actually noticed that Ubuntu installer has such entry for exactly this reason.

nomodeset is not generally recommended. See bsc#1249690, or this comment.
