Can the config option be supported like eslint or stylelint to specify the path of the configuration file?

eslint or stylelint
```
stylelint --config src/config/stylelint.config.mjs ....
```
It would be great if size limit could also support this usage
```
size-limit --config src/config/size-limit.mjs ...
```
