1st dash alignment #52

Describe the bug
Until version 2.1.0, dotted_border has a "perfect" bahavior for my needs : the 1st dash on a custom path, was aligned on start.
Since version 3, the first dash is not aligned at start.
And as my component (which represents a street) can be resized, the dotted_border moves in a different speed/way than the steet... I didnt find any solution to say "keep the first dash on start of the path"... Is there a solution ?
For now i only had to go back to v2.1.0
