The ephemeral settings were already tracked in the database and applied in most message flows, but the @all/@everyone handler and .id command weren't checking them. Messages sent through these paths ignored disappearing message timers.

Both paths now call database.GetEphemeralSettings() and set ContextInfo.Expiration when the chat has disappearing messages enabled.

Fixes #46

The ephemeral settings were already tracked in the database, but two
message send paths weren't applying them:

1. @all/@everyone handler in utils/whatsapp.go
2. .id command in whatsapp/handlers.go

Both now check database.GetEphemeralSettings() and set ContextInfo.Expiration
when the chat has disappearing messages enabled.

Fixes akshettrj#46
Prevents setting Expiration=0 which would disable disappearing messages.
Only apply timer when isEphemeral=true AND ephemeralTimer>0.
