Powerwall needs sensors for total exported/imported etc #1145

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a way to have effectively "utility meters" for the powerwall, as monitoring the usage every 10 mins and adding util meters to this does not capture accurate readings when many spikes in power are present
Describe alternatives you've considered
The local version is not appropriate for me, as these are at remote sites and I only have the tesla eSim access as there is no internet on the sites.
