I added this page for context, but I want to flesh it out a bit more after I've done everything on the second page below.
I'm hoping that we can somehow create one test sandbox that we can all use?

This is the start of migrating the deployment documentation over here. Perhaps we can
work through this together, fixing the docs as we figure things out.
What:
The docs are currently spread across multiple repos. it would be better to have things in one place and we can link to specific sections in each repo.
