I tried adding myself to the contributions list, (maintainer also tried it before) and we always get "We had trouble processing your request. Please try again later."

To Reproduce

1. @ all-contributors can you add @gltched-usr for docs and bug fix
2. It fails

Using the cli works
Expected behavior
It should work?

I'm seeing this too. Sadly it means I'm not actually able to use the bot on my repo 😞. Example: EnergySystemsModellingLab/MUSE2#1273 (comment)
