We need PHP 8.0. support, as there are some depending projects needing this as well.

This will unfortunately require upgrading symplify dependencies. What will probably be hell on earth.

Also php-cs-fixer should support PHP 8 first, see PHP-CS-Fixer/PHP-CS-Fixer#4702
