Something goes wrong when the program outputs Chinese

As you can see. When I want to use libui to output "Helloworld" in Chinese, the program has a problem.

Windows 10 version: 1809
Environment: Visual Studio 2017

Yes. I have checked it many times.

The compiler is not storing strings as UTF-8 (they're being converted to another encoding). Not sure what options there are to affect the output...

you cant use L"Helloworld!你好，世界！" then convert to utf8

Try using /execution-charset.
